The proposed scheme sits on the site of an old horticultural nursery which has remained empty and disused for several years.
CHP provided specialist commercial advice to review the estimated construction cost and design. Working with the incumbent design teams through various workshops, we were able to implement key changes in the design of the scheme, prior to the planning application being submitted.
These changes resulted in improved efficiency, reduced consumption costs and an improvement of gross development value (GDV).
