We are delivering cost management services to our client KSP as they redevelop this warehouse site in Park Royal, in the heart of west London’s most connected industrial area in zone 3 and just 20 minutes from central London.

Working to sector-leading standards for sustainability, the proposed redevelopment includes construction of a single, large portal frame warehouse with photovoltaic (PV) panels, which will contain a large single storey warehouse space with an additional two storeys of ancillary offices.

The approach to the building will include a parking area with electrical car charging points, loading bays to the front of the warehouse and a bike storage shed.

The site will be developed to net zero carbon standards and is on track to achieve a minimum BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and to enable incoming tenants to achieve the WELL Building Standard.
