Phases 1 and 2 of the project had been partly completed by a previous contractor. Our priority was to ensure the project was completed in line with the original plans.

We began by establishing how much of the works were left to complete. Once the scope was agreed we undertook negotiations to arrive at a contract sum that reflected the cost to finish the project.

CHP provided cost management services post-contract and managed the significant amount of discoverable costs to ensure value for money.
