CHP was proud to be instructed by Westfield to work on this iconic project. The Westfield World Trade Centre offers over 365,000 sq ft of retail space providing 125 stores situated over two floors and now sees well over 250,000 commuters and visitors on a daily basis.

CHP was involved from an early stage to provide cost management services for the Westfield World Trade Centre project, providing weekly cost reporting for the main fit-out. Working with renowned architects, engineers and suppliers, this was a busy and challenging project under a great deal of scrutiny.
CHP’s role was to ensure close management of fees, tenant fit-out allowances, tenant change events, tenant claims, landlord recoverables and final account adjustments.
