Treated as a very sensitive site, the project involved refurbishment of a number of buildings – some in derelict condition – and construction of a new four storey block offering 40 individual student accommodation units and extensive retail units at ground level.

Walton Street / Little Clarendon Street

Works included a retained facade, new basement and concrete structure and refurbishment and upgrades to the existing grade II listed buildings.

A challenging scheme, given the tight urban site, the project was delivered within budget.
