We were pleased to join our client, The Office Group, contractor Collins Construction and wider project partners to celebrate the topping out of Chancery House.
CHP is providing cost management services to The Office Group in their extensive refurbishment of this landmark building.
Once complete, Chancery House will offer high quality and well considered workspace across nine floors, with wellness at its core.
Amenities will include flexible workspace, meeting rooms and lounges along with a state-of-the-art gym, saunas, restaurant and extensive outdoor terraces and gardens.
The topping out event marked the completion of structural works and transition to the fit-out stage of the project.
Structural works included the extension of the internal atrium from the ground to third floor to increase the office floor area by 4,000 sq ft, and the creation of a new roof terrace and external curtain wall façade.
