The project includes a strip back to shell and core, and a full fit out to CAT B. Construction works include a new entrance portico and extension works to the central building. We advocated and have delivered an advanced enabling works contract and single stage design and build main works procurement route.
We have provided cost management advice since acquisition and throughout the design stages, allowing The Office Group to confidently invest in their new asset. Ensuring the creativity of a large design team did not exceed budget while allowing for a market leading design.
