We’re proud to announce three senior promotions across the business — congratulations to Ben Graham and Steve Royle on their promotion to Director, and to Henry Gillot, who steps up to Senior Surveyor.
Ben brings extensive expertise across the industrial and commercial office sectors. Since joining us in 2021, he was promoted to Associate in 2023 and now steps into the role of Director in 2025.
He has consistently delivered high-quality service across several projects, including two new build 100% electric warehouses and one of Europe’s largest food storage distribution centres spanning 1,300,000 sq. ft. Ben also has strength delivering complex cut and carve projects, including one of our current projects on site – rebuilding Golden Lane.
With nearly a decade of cost management experience across both public and private sector project. Steve joined us in 2020 as a Senior Cost Manager. He was promoted to Associate in April 2022 and now takes on the role of Director in 2025.
During his time at CHP, he has worked across a number of sectors but has a key focus in industrial and office sectors, leading on some of our high-profile projects for one of our major clients who is an intentional food retailer. He is currently leading on the procurement of Mercury House, a project which is currently on site.
Henry consistently provides outstanding service to our clients and has made significant contributions to the successful delivery of projects across the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
He joined in 2022 as a Cost Manager and completed his MRICS qualification in 2023 at CHP. He has since demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service, notably on projects such as Mercury House and Pyrles Lane.
”“2025 has been a year of meaningful growth for us at CHP. As we continue to deliver excellence across our projects, it’s incredibly rewarding to see Ben, Steve, and Henry recognised for their dedication and impact. Each of them consistently adds value for our clients and plays a vital role in driving high standards across all sectors.
