CHP is excited to introduce new talent to the business, bringing a wealth of experience, diverse skill sets, and fresh perspectives to support the growth of the company.
We welcome Ben Williams, Paul Birch, Eda Ucur and Radha Sudra, who have all joined our London offices.
Ben Williams – Director (London)
Joining the Commercial team in the London office as a Director, Ben Williams leads on developer CAT A refurbishments and the new build sector, where he brings extensive knowledge and a particular focus on cut-and-carve schemes.
With over 15 years of experience, Ben specialises in large-scale commercial office projects and excels in providing early cost advice, helping to enhance project value for clients.
He has notably worked on high-profile projects across London; 60 Queen Victoria Street, a 180,000 sq ft office building retrofitted in the City of London, 36-38 Berkeley Square, 85,000 sq ft of new-build office space with terraced gardens and 63 Coleman Street, a new build commercial office development with retail space spanning 55,000 sq ft.
His expertise in setting up and managing various procurement approaches, combined with strong supply chain relationships, makes him a valuable addition to the CHP team.
Ben holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and is MRICS qualified.
Paul Birch – Associate (Darlington)
Joining our Industrial team as an Associate, Paul bringing a wealth of experience in new build construction and refurbishment across a variety of sectors. He has notably worked with the University of Manchester and L&Q (formerly Trafford Housing Trust), dealing with complex construction challenges.
He has successfully delivered over 150 new build projects for 15+ different clients across housing, education and healthcare sectors during his 17+ years’ in the industry.
Paul brings a eclectic mix of experience and knowledge of JCT Design and Build Contracts, alongside the ability to maintain relationships between clients and contractors on challenging projects, keeping the focus on the end goal.
He holds a MSc in Quantity Surveying.
Eda Ucur – Senior Surveyor (London)
Eda Ucur joins our Commercial and Workplace team as a Senior Cost Manager, bringing an extensive background in high-profile fit-out, refurbishment, and new build projects, including One Twenty Kings Road, 55,000 sq ft of blended leisure, retail and workspace, 50 Berkeley Street, a 170,000 sq ft refurbishment of a landmark office building in Mayfair and 21-29 Glasshouse Street, a 22,000 sq ft mixed use refurbishment with optimised office floorplates.
With a proven track record in project management and budget control, Eda has led procurement strategies and overseen post-contract activities, successfully maximising value and delivering clear financial reporting for her clients.
She holds a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying and is MRICS qualified.
Radha Sudra – Marketing Manager (London)
As part of our continued growth, Radha Sudra joins us to lead all marketing activities at CHP. With several years of experience working with developers, social value consultancies, and within the property services sector, she brings a wealth of knowledge in developing and delivering effective marketing strategies.
She has successfully led the implementation of social media and video strategies – growing channels by 20% in just over a year and played a key role in the rebrand of a well-known student living and hotel developer, helping to bring their brand and values to life.
Radha holds a BA in English and History and has completed a Level 3 qualification in Business and Administration.
