Since our relationship began in 2012, we have provided commercial support and cost management services to EDF Renewables for more than 200 wind turbines, estimated to produce enough energy to power almost 400,000 homes annually.

We have delivered more than 17 on and offshore wind farms across the UK, ranging up to 60 wind turbines each, some of Europe’s largest battery storage sites and since 2017, provided support to the EDF Renewables team in Israel.
The intricacies and scale of bringing a wind farm to life benefit from quality and robust cost management processes. Together with EDF Renewables’ construction, development and finance teams we have established, implemented and maintained cost management and commercial management processes. Our work includes procurement, cost planning, cost management and cost reporting.
