St Christopher’s CARE offers world class palliative and end of life care to thousands of people.
CHP were approached to provide cost management and contract administration expertise to help St Christopher’s to deliver a new, state-of-the-art training facility, adjacent to their established hospice.

- CHP provided expertise to ensure value for money to protect charitable donations (sole funding for the project)
- Project includes lecture space for 120 people, an open foyer for events, training areas, personal learning spaces and a bookshop.
Entirely funded by charitable donations, we provided very tight control to de-risk this ambitious project and deliver value for money at every stage. Opening in 2020, the project offers carers, patients and professionals navigating or working in palliative and end of life care with contemporary facilities. The large lecture theatre is capable of hosting 120 people and can also be divided into three smaller spaces, which can be used simultaneously.
There is a bookshop, library, multiple meeting rooms, a digital support area, a skills lab, offices for education and nursing teams and a landscaped roof terrace.
