CHP worked as cost managers and contract administrators on the refurbishment of this iconic 45,000 SqFT workspace.

Originally built in the 1920s as the British tailor Austin Reed’s head office, Summit House is a distinctive architectural feature situated on the prestigious Red Lion Square, just around the corner from Holborn station.

The art-deco, Grade II listed building was acquired by The Office Group in 2018 who engaged with Stockholm based Note Design Studio to significantly upgrade the interior and provide a modern, fashionable co-working space.
