CHP is thrilled to celebrate the completion of Chancery House.

Four years after our work on this impressive refurbishment project began, we attended a special event hosted by our client The Office Group to mark the building’s completion. TOG’s largest workspace to date, Chancery House offers 124,000 sq. ft. of sustainable work and wellbeing space in a heritage building.

The opening event in June showcased the building’s outstanding facilities with opportunities to trial classes and treatments in the fully equipped gym, yoga studio and workout spaces.

Aerial acrobatics and entertainment performances made use of the building’s expansive courtyard and terraces, and the event spilled across Chancery House’s nine floors of flexible work space – with tours, wine tastings, cocktail making classes among the activities on offer.

We provided cost management services and commercial and procurement advice for the major refurbishment and fit out of this landmark building.

CHP was involved early in the project from the acquisition stage, working closely with our client and the wider project team as priorities for the building changed in response to the Covid pandemic and emerging market challenges.

Our cost management experience and commercial expertise allowed us to develop creative solutions to ensure the scheme’s sustainability, desirability and value.

We’re proud of the role we played to create this highly sustainable, design-led work and wellbeing space, and it’s fantastic to see Chancery House finished and open for business.
