Once a 1930s warehouse, the Buckley Building has been re-imagined into a modern office space, focused on sustainability and well-being.

From a full renewal of the external envelope, CAT A office fit-outs, new landscaped external areas and an extension of Level 4, the works will revitalise the building for current and future occupiers.

  • Full cost management services — delivering expert advice across a major commercial refurbishment in Central London
  • Occupied refurbishment — carefully managing strip-out works with tenants remaining in occupation throughout
  • Fabric and façade upgrades — including full window replacement, façade improvements and complete degassing to achieve an EPC A rating
  • Future-proofed workspace — transforming the building to meet the demands of the next generation of occupants and investors

The scheme brings the building up to modern standards, improving its EPC rating and operational efficiency through new plant, glazing and building management systems, while prioritising material reuse throughout.

Enhancements include upgraded end-of-trip facilities, a modernised core and office areas, and a new roof terrace overlooking Clerkenwell, one of London’s most sought-after commercial destinations.
