CHP is providing cost management services to our client GLi (a joint venture between KSP and PATRIZIA) for their new ultra-sustainable logistics hub in Croydon, greater London.

Well located for businesses serving the south London and southeast market, the two warehouses are 100% electric and designed to save occupier costs. Combined, the two units will offer more than 100,000 sq.ft.

This is our second new build project for GLi and we are pleased to support them in their development of sector-leading and highly sustainable last-mile logistics spaces.
