Old Paradise Street

Constructed from CLT and Glulam, with an extruded terracotta façade and exposed timber slabs and columns, works began on site in late 2022.

CHP is providing cost management services and leading a hybrid two stage procurement process. Our engagement with the broader project team – architects, main contractor and supply chain – is key to ensuring the project is delivered within the budget.

Highly complex and sustainable project that demonstrates our market-leading understanding of sustainable construction and the cost impact of these.
