The building is constructed from CLT and Glulam, with an extruded terracotta façade and exposed timber slabs and columns, making it one of the largest CLT buildings in London.
We provided cost management service and lead a hybrid two-stage procurement process. Our engagement with the key and broader project team; architects, main contractor and supply chain was essential to ensuring the project was delivered within budget.
