Completed in Q2 2025, Paradise, SE11 is a landmark sustainable workspace in the heart of Lambeth.

Built on technically complex foundations, the six-storey project reflects a forward-thinking approach to sustainable construction by balancing ambitious environmental goals with real-world cost management. Paradise demonstrates what’s possible when market-leading expertise meets a genuine commitment to building for the future.

  • Award-winning low carbon design โ€” a nationally recognised and exemplar projectfor sustainable building practice
  • Budget-focused procurement โ€” close collaboration with the project team and a hybrid two-stage procurement process to deliver best value in a challenging market
  • Carbon negative construction โ€” the timber structure is designed to achieve a negative carbon footprint over a 60-year lifecycle
  • A new benchmark for sustainable workspaces โ€” Paradise sets the standard for low carbon office design, and we’re proud to share the expertise gained here with developers committed to best-in-class sustainability

The building is constructed from CLT and Glulam, with an extruded terracotta faรงade and exposed timber slabs and columns, making it one of the largest CLT buildings in London.

We provided cost management service and lead a hybrid two-stage procurement process. Our engagement with the key and broader project team; architects, main contractor and supply chain was essential to ensuring the project was delivered within budget.
