Chancery House features flexible offices, meeting rooms, lounges, a state-of-the-art gym, saunas, restaurant, and expansive outdoor terraces and gardens.

The project involved a full strip-back to shell and core, with a CAT B fit-out, a new entrance portico, and central building extension. CHP delivered an advanced enabling works package and a single-stage design and build procurement strategy.
