Planning permission has been awarded to our client GLi for construction of two ultra-sustainable logistics hubs in greater London.

CHP is providing cost management services and commercial expertise to GLi – a joint venture between KSP and PATRIZIA – for the CR1 and CR2 warehouses located in Croydon and within the M25.

Building on the success of GLi’s Park Royal development, the two new warehouses will each offer over 55,000 sq. ft. and could be combined into a single 111,469 sq. ft. unit.

The scheme is 100% electric, with rooftop PV panels, battery storage, rainwater harvesting and EV charge points to all parking spaces.

Congratulations to GLi on this important milestone for their Croydon project.

We’re thrilled to be part of the team delivering this sector-leading logistics project and to support GLi in their ambition to bring ultra-sustainable, energy efficient logistics spaces to market.

Works will begin soon and the new warehouses are expected to be available in late 2024.
