CHP is growing, and we couldn’t be more excited about it. As demand for our cost management and quantity surveying services continues to rise across London, EMEA and Americas, we are scaling our team to match. Over the last four months we’ve had the pleasure in welcoming four new employees to the business, each bringing fresh expertise, energy, and perspective to CHP.

That reputation continues to drive demand for our services across all sectors. As our project pipeline expands, so has our need to find talented people to join our business and uphold CHP standards our clients rely on.

We welcome Adam Harris, Samad Khan, Dean Fenwick & Tommy Cooley.

Adam Harris – Project Surveyor (London)

Adam joins us after working for Arcadis over the last five years where he has worked on some extremely prestigious projects, including the London Peninsula Hotel, 100 New Bridge Street, Stratford Cross and the New Hospital programme.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience across commercial, residential, hotel and leisure schemes, Adam is based in our London offices and supports our team with both pre and post contract activities.

He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2023 and has completed a degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.

Samad Khan – M&E Cost Manager (London)

Joining our in-house M&E team, Samad started his journey as a Graduate M&E Quantity Surveyor for Ridge and Partners.

He supports our MEP Director with the cost management of building services across all our projects nationwide, including cost planning, variations and cost reports.

He graduated from the University of Reading in 2023 with Quantity Surveying degree.

Dean Fenwick – Cost Manager (Darlington)

Previously working overseas in Singapore, Dean joins us as Cost Manager for the Renewables team, providing cost management, estimating and commercial advisory services across renewable energy, hydrogen, battery energy storage and data centre developments.

Dean has supported numerous energy infrastructure commissions, preparing preparing CAPEX estimates, pre-contract cost reports, commercial reviews and payment assessments.

He brings international experience, is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and holds a MSc in Quantity Surveying. 

Tommy Cooley – Assistant Cost Manager (London)

Tommy joins CHP as an Assistant Cost Manager with previous experience in the property lettings sectors, where the strong foundational skills he learnt has supported his transition into cost consultancy.

He currently assists with the delivery of commercial and residential projects nationwide, working closely with the senior team to support with cost planning, procurement support, and commercial administration.
