CHP is delighted to announce the arrival of three exceptional new starters, each bringing unique expertise and experience to our diverse team. We are thrilled to welcome Bibi Aziz, Jade Conlon, and Luci Mulroy, who will be joining our New York, Darlington, and London offices respectively.

 

Bibi Aziz – Associate Partner, Project Controls (New York)

Bibi Aziz joins CHP’s New York office as an Associate Partner in our multidiscipline project controls team. With over a decade of experience in audit and accounting, Bibi is a seasoned professional in project accounting, specializing in large-scale construction projects. Her extensive background includes managing financial aspects of projects up to $2 billion, with a notable focus on developing comprehensive management reporting structures for significant undertakings in the New York City area. Her expertise in handling purchase orders, commitments, change orders, and payments has been pivotal in her previous roles. Bibi holds a BSc in Accounting and is poised to lead our project accounting services on major projects, leveraging her deep knowledge to drive efficiency and accuracy.

 

 

Jade Conlon – Project Surveyor (Darlington)

Joining our Darlington office, Jade Conlon steps into the role of Project Surveyor in our Renewables team. Jade brings nearly ten years of invaluable experience in the construction industry, having served as a Quantity Surveyor on a wide range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Her extensive portfolio includes work on highways, bridges, complex drainage systems, and civils infrastructure. Jade has successfully navigated both client and contractor roles, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of collaboration and effective communication. She holds an undergraduate degree in Forensic Science and a master’s degree in Quantity Surveying. Currently, she is advancing her career by pursuing MRICS status through the RICS Quantity Surveying and Construction APC programme.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Luci Mulroy – Project Surveyor (London)

Luci Mulroy joins our London office as a highly personable and dynamic member of the team. She brings six years of diverse industry experience, having previously worked at Stace. Luci’s career spans multiple sectors including workspace, heritage, retail, education, sport & leisure, and residential, with project values ranging from £200k to £200m. Some of her notable projects include Process Ion House for Goldman Sachs, 41 Tower Hill for SRE, and various projects for the Royal Household, including work on Clarence House. Luci holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and is currently working towards her RICS APC.

 

We’re excited to welcome three new faces to our growing team and are looking forward to the positive impact that these new appointments will make in strengthening our expertise and offer to clients old and new.
