In a record year for new business and delivery, we’re pleased to welcome Dan Curtis and Deaglan Long as Directors in our EMEA business.
Dan brings significant cost management and commercial expertise in residential development and hotels to CHP, with experience of delivering high-profile hotel, residential and mixed-use projects ranging between £150m – £1.2bn.
Based in Belfast, Deaglan works closely with our clients in Ireland. Having delivered projects across a range of sectors including commercial, workspace, retail, hospitality and residential, Deaglan has developed particular expertise in the private rental sector and build to rent schemes.
