CHP has been appointed to provide cost management services for a significant residential scheme close to Dublin City Centre.
Proposals for the landmark gateway development include 103 new homes – all with private balconies or terraces – on the site of the former Royal Oak Public House, north of Dublin city centre and close to Ireland’s National Botanic Gardens.
The eight storey development of build to rent apartments includes shared amenity spaces and roof terraces, with undercroft parking for up to 222 bicycles and 48 cars.
This is the latest in a number of recent appointments in Ireland for CHP and the third residential development in Ireland’s capital. We are delivering three further residential schemes in Cork, with additional projects in the pipeline.
Across Ireland, CHP is providing cost consultancy, commercial expertise and development management services to projects worth in excess of €100million and 450,000 sq ft.
”We’re thrilled to be working on the Royal Oaks project and supporting our client to deliver much needed, quality housing on this abandoned derelict site.
With more than three decades of experience in cost consultancy, we’re proud of our growing portfolio of residential and mixed use schemes and particularly proud of our further expansion and growth in Ireland.
Deaglan Long, Director, CHP
A planning decision for Royal Oaks is expected later this year.
