We are pleased to welcome seven new colleagues to our UK team.
These strategic appointments have been made during a period of ongoing growth, to develop our expertise and resource, and to deliver consistent, quality services for our new and established clients.
David Bassett and Alex Grocott join CHP as Directors.
David brings two decades of experience in commercial, residential, and infrastructure works, with expertise in cost management, contract administration and EA services.
Alex is an experienced cost consultant and has worked for more than a decade as a specialist MEP quantity surveyor.

Oliver and Emily are both recent graduates and will be supported by CHP as they work towards their RICS APC. Emily’s undergraduate degree is in chemistry, and she will be sponsored by CHP to complete a master’s degree in quantity surveying.
