A comprehensive retrofit and strategic renewal of a 216,000 sq ft landmark office building in the heart of the City of London.

Originally completed in 2008, the building has been strategically repositioned to meet modern energy performance standards, evolving occupier demands and the expectation for premium amenity space.

The retrofit upgrades common areas, delivers best-in-class end-of-journey facilities and enhances existing terraces with new greening.

The scheme prioritises energy efficiency through a full transition to all-electric MEP systems and improved EPC performance, while retaining and reusing existing materials to minimise embodied carbon and avoid a full strip-out.
