Our clients, globally renowned advertising company WPP/Ogilvy, needed a new corporate HQ in New York City.
CHP was appointed to manage delivery of the project and their move to an old factory building at 636 Eleventh Avenue.

The scope of the project was to construct a new, high-tech space of 565,000 sq ft over 11 storeys. The finished workplace was an impressive space, fully equipped to include a lower lobby concourse, outdoor roof gardens, a multipurpose theatre, café, fitness and wellness centre and large data centre. We kept the project to budget and on completion it was awarded LEED-Gold CI certification.
