We are delivering cost management services and acting as Employer’s Agent for this significant renovation which strips this outstanding Victorian warehouse back to its core.

Once complete in 2023, the project will offer highly contemporary and sophisticated offices, set across seven floors, within a spectacularly restored Victorian warehouse.

The restoration will deliver a first-class and sustainable workspace. Restoration of the building will use a quarter of the carbon required to create a new office building and most of the carbon used during the restoration will reduce the building’s environmental impact.

We are overseeing all aspects of the project in a hands-on manner and facilitating extensive post contract change control.
