Our UK team enjoyed time away from their desks at our 2023 Away Day in Berkshire at the end of September.
Colleagues from across the UK joined together at the Wokefield Estate in Reading for two days of team building, planning, reflection and fun.
It was also an opportunity to welcome new members of the team, following several strategic appointments in recent months.
Over the two days we reflected on recent successes and challenges, and the unique value we deliver to our clients. Members of our newly formed operations board gave a presentation on their work and ongoing priorities, and we took time as a group to discuss and develop our future plans and individual ambitions.
We also enjoyed a number of thoughtfully designed team building exercises to develop and strengthen our working relationships and communication. Some of these – an axe throwing contest in particular – demonstrated previously unseen levels of competitiveness among the team!
