We’re incredibly proud and pleased to congratulate Henry Gillott and Tristan Lloyd on passing their RICS Quantity Surveying and Construction APC.
Henry and Tristan are now chartered members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, MRICS certified and have been promoted to Project Surveyors.
After joining CHP as cost managers, Henry and Tristan have been preparing for their assessment of professional competence (APC) for over a year. The challenging assessment combines structured training and a formal review and assessment, drawing on candidates’ practical project experience and technical expertise.
This success follows the redesign of CHP’s CPD programme and support for APC candidates. In recent years, we have worked with our team to develop a comprehensive package of support that includes:
- fortnightly technical CPD sessions
- monthly peer-led presentations and workshops
- counsel and mentoring, with quarterly reviews
- mock interviews and assessments
- 5 days of study leave, 1 day of assessment leave.
We’re committed to supporting everyone at CHP to develop and progress and have invested significantly in our wider professional development programmes.
Everyone is trusted and empowered to work independently on projects of significant scale, complexity and innovation while benefiting from a broad range of CPD and mentoring opportunities.
