Main Contractor Ambit
Originally completed in 1902 by the local Arts and Crafts designer, C.F.A Voysey, Voysey House was designed and used as a wallpaper factory until a fire in an adjacent factory in 1928.
Since then, it has operated as offices and has undertaken several unsympathetic alterations over the years.
This project required expert cost control advice due to the challenging heritage features. Upgrading the building will provide Grade A office space aiming to attract more local occupiers and benefiting the local economy. It will also upgrade the buildingโs EPC rating from F to B, making it more sustainable to operate.
CHP is proud to be involved in this project which is of significant local and historical interest.
