Our relationship with Monaghan, a global leader in sustainable and zero waste farming technologies and mushroom production, began in 2007.

- We delivered cost management and project management for pioneering farming and food production and distribution projects over 15 years

Initially invited to review a contractor’s cost plan, we achieved initial cost savings of 40% and were subsequently appointed to deliver commercial management on a number of Monaghan’s innovative tunnel and bunker projects.
As Monaghan’s project pipeline grew, so did CHP’s relationship with Monaghan.
